Collagen supports hair, gut, skin and bone resilient but it alone is not adequate for building muscle. If you've just say added collagen to your coffee in the morning and you're counting 10 or 20 grams of protein for your day, that really is misleading. Then there's creatine. It's been a supplement on everybody's horizon probably for 20, 25 years longer than that if you're in the bodybuilding community.
