Tell them what you are going to tell them, tell them what you want to tell them,. and then tell themwhat you told them. Communicate intimately, and then communicate proactively. Create language that creates the emotion that drives your team in the right way. Be honest, be transparent. Get open. Were gon to get some quick winds. And number six, were going to communicate twice as much as feels natural to you, then double it. This is superimportant. It matters more right now than you could ever imagine
