I was so disturbed by the first trailers, 3D rendering of Sonic that by seeing how much money they poured into improving it, it actually makes me want to go see it. I mean, already Jim Carrey looks pretty funny in it. It's exciting to see him do something wacky and weird because he's only been doing like sad scary Jim Carrey.
