In terms of more public policy kind of chart-turn, it also has an impact on affordability because it is having a much more out-sized effect for kind of lower income segments. But the same property is much more affordable by 10% or so than it was in the pre-raira period. I actually wouldn't take it like that or not because the property prices are falling out, but finally it is still a litigated property. And again, that goes back to the severity of litigation question that I think was making. So can you explain a little bit more about what is the kind of litigation you are seeing around these properties?
