Jordana: What gentrification means to me is when one group of people begin to move in, particularly white people. Ron: If you study it and you come up with the database to prove that gentrification is occurring, you've already lost the community. Jess: We have to arrive at a point where people can improve the quality of their neighborhood and have the choice to stay,. not be pushed out for economic reasons.
