You could create a blockchain with trillions of terabytes of one megabyte blocks starting from the genesis block in all at difficulty one so extremely low difficulty blocks. And then exploit maybe the time warp attack i think you may have heard about that one where you can create blocks that look like they're one second apart or even five of them and then one second goes by
