The yasa butter is a riff on like butter chicken, just that sort of idea of thickening a sauce with cream or butter. And in the yasa, I do, I create yasa, which for those who don't know what yasa is, it's like, it's a tangy, I call it sunshine on the plate. So we add a little bit of cream, alittle bit of carrots and whizz it up into a really smooth, silky sauce.
