Benchmarking Price to Assets

There is something very comforting knowing that regardless of what might be happening with earnings in the short term, there are real and valuable assets here. But you know, dels in the detail, context matters. The money that's used to generate those returns aren't based on how much we're paying for it right now. And broadly, if you were a dollar of profit from Woolworths or Stromain or profit from Tesla, I have to give you an idea about how much money do I have to get back? You don't really know until you sort of test it.
