i think having the word medicine can sometimes be a little bit of a blocker. It's got this connotation that we have to force a decision on evi, you know, the evidence has to be forced on to this decision. And it doesn't, like i say in the piece, evidence is never, is never enough alone. But what i would like all decisions have is to have the evidence in the room. So i want some way of knowing if it's good or bad evidence. You need to know what the evidence is when you want to go and do something about it. I'm going to inform thi decision by bringing those two things together as part of an evidence base
