Do They Care for Who You Could Be?

i think it's true that men tend to tilt towards caring for you for who you are, especially when you're a young child. And so the fact that someone sets high standards is not necessarily an indication that they're cruel. It's an indication that maybe they actually care for who you could be. i'm struggling with theses and general tendenciesd and i'm going to lay out what i think to be the case.
