How to Define Knowledge

I was asked, what's my definition of knowledge? I don't think that's a valid question. You can't define a concept that is built from other concepts. Note making means nothing unless the knowledge in there is critiquing or extending some other piece of information. Otherwise, it just got a random note throwing points together.
