How to Reduce the Number of Decisions in the Morning
We have a finite number of decisions that we can make consciously, and then we're go into auto pilot. And so what i've er personally instigated is reducing the amount of decisions in that first cople ours of the morning. So it's as simple as clothing. It's as simple as personal hygiene. You need to learn to love the small things and reduce teNumber of choices you have to make in the morning. That, paradoxically, will lead to a happier situation.
