Is There a Liquid Banking Structure?

A liquid making structure is one in which banks have skin in the game. The central bank gets stocked with all the toxic assets, and then what can it do, other than enforce more taxation or inflation? To make that 300 trillion, you know, they have to make that 600 trillion. And the only way people can borrow more and more and more is to artificially keep interest rates down and then also increase the maturity structure of the debt.
