Kapis are like a puppeteer machine, right whereit what moves the revenue. Once you have a shared vision, every knose that kapes ever knows what to track to. They know, if i affect this kp i, i'm pulling that string on the puppet, which moves revenue,. While we've alws implemented, is a profit programm based off of that. I think this is the biggest takeaway for me, just getting those key kaps in the place o pull the levers and let everyone know about it. All right. So only put things into kapis which action and get the data for very easily. It's actually really complicated to figure out
