The Culture War Is Not Just a Question of Procedure, Right?

i tend to see people always siding with their substantive cultural ews over procedure concerns. So it doesn't shock me at all that cato would side with their substantive views and their culture war views over their concerns. It's always the people are nee jerk about cultural issues. There aren't any deeper questions than what is a woman really? What duties do we owe each other? And i'm never surprised to see people come down on the side of those answers.
