In england, prosecutors and defence attorneys actually come from same office. Means if you're a barrister in one case, you can be a prosecutor the next day. I think this is a really good model, and one that we should at least implement in a couple f places in the us to see how it affects administration justice. It gives complete parody on staffing and competence. No matter which side of the equation on justice an justice you're on, you're going to get equal amount of talent, skill and resources.
