The Different Types of Mental Content

I will experience having a thought in my stomach or in my chest or, you know, in my neck or something like that and so I don't know what it is on a sort of material or a neuro neurological basis but it's located in the body. It seems to be more on a, like it's on a higher level that likelike, like close to the metal. There could be stuff that is something like that. But just in terms of like all of these, I guess like what I mean by mental content is there is something there that is like a model or an idea or corresponding to something.
