The key is working backwards from product experience and marketing. I think margin calls it a kneeling experience, rather than the deep tech that one needs to crack. It's definitely a disadvantage on the monetization side. If you're monetizing through cloud provider services, it's very easy to capture revenue versus monetizing through service or other types of call jacks Or whatever.
