The Economic Downturn and the Swedish Housing Market
It's really interesting. I just wonder how sustainable the housing market here is, especially at these prices with these rates. If those people who are locked into their homes have to sell, they're going to have to accept much lower prices than they probably want. So in that sense, that probably will happen. We'll get some more data on that this week on the existing home sales data for May.
