Why You Shouldn't Work With Small Affiliates

Reed Stout: 90 percent of your sales will come from your top three to five affiliates. He says that's a high risk proposition if you're only launching a couple of times a year or once a year. But when he ran his own program, it was overwhelmingly affiliates who made one to five, maybe 10 sales. Stout: They are always going to remember when you treated them like they were somebody.
