Is Carlos Rodon a Forearm Injury?

Carlos Rodon is back to throwing you know light stuff the Yankees hope that he's back mid April. The Yankees still have them projected as the best rotation in baseball at fan graphs. Nestor Cortez gets hurt again if Luis Severino goes down if they get under performance from some of the other guys so just as a unit what are your expectations for them and then should they suffer additional injuries?
