The Best Date for the Birth of the Messiah
The lion was the symbol associated with the tribe of judah from which the messiah would come. The constellation leo, then, was associated by jews, jewish astro theologians, if you want to call him that, with royalty. On one of the possible dates for the messianic birth, it came into conjunction with jupiter. Regulus would have also been in the picture ain the recreation of the circumstances of revelation 12.
