Talking to One Person at a Time

Vicki Growich says it's incredibly useful to have someone in the studio with you, an actual person to talk to. She does that for the students at the Transom Workshop on Cape Cod. What do you do with people who are flat liners? Get out my electric prod. There's just not a heck of a lot of energy in front of the microphone.
