Paychecks Don't Always Arrive on Time
Carla claims that those who delay getting to the bank may have to wait up to an additional week to receive their pay at her nonprofit. She also believes that they exploit some workers who come from outside the United States and don't know that this kind of behavior, floating paychecks, is not really acceptable. But Carla isn't alone.
