I have a lot of fear around vulnerability, obviously. I think that those little fears conquering a little bit every day is so helpful to my overall confidence in general. Even sometimes it can be kind of scary to brainstorm like more macro goals in my life. So I try to do that as much as possible again in big and little ways. There's obviously big ways to get out of your comfort zone, moving or skydiving or, you know, whatever it is you want to do. Those are the big ways you can. But for me, the little micro ways are the ones that have changed my life for the better more often,. And then they allow me like kind of a path
