Is the Rule Making Dead?

A propose ncan making would require some reporting on unhosted wallets. That just is, i kind of untenable for things like sending money to a smart contract from coin base. Plus there's the fact that they rusted out over christmas. We only had 15 days to comment, which is absurd. But now, since there's no rush on it, because there's no leaving administration we have a much better window till i actually explain our position. In general, we think that the part of the rule that we object to is going to be dropped.
