Remember that if you want to reduce the anxiety, you need to actually go up and start talking to the person. Note the feeling that you're feeling in that moment of like, whoa, I want to talk to her, but I can't. The feeling before is worse than the feeling when you're in. Start an exercise and then you're in it, right?
