The Importance of Going to the Supreme Court
Not all cases go up to the Supreme Court. Average time for a trial, if you're very lucky, maybe two to three years. If it is in places where there are no family courts, then the case is filed in a sub court. From there it goes on appeal to the district court and then to the high court. So by sure fatigue, you know, the litigation goes on.
