Bullard Was Transferred Back to the US Military

eugene jacques bullard was not accepted into the american military. Bullard blamed doctor edmund gross, who definitely did write a letter laying out some flatly false reasons to keep bullard out of the army. Gross said that bullard had been imprisoned for ten days after an altercation with an office. That altercation did happen in response to that officer's racism. Other french officers who had witnessed this had sided with bullard, who was reprimanded but never jailed.
