What Is Islamic Soft Power?

The Victorian government took legal action against the Ottomans for daring to give relief and charity to the starving Irish. So it is such a stain on our history that the legal action obviously failed because the Ottoman came in and gave food to starving people anyway. But the government would seek to prevent charity getting towards hungry people in Ireland. Muslims did help, where they tried to help. And then the government tried to stop them as well. So it's an appalling story. I do recommend people look into it and find out for themselves what really happened.
