How to Say No to Things

This year has been like the literally the biggest business change year of my life. I've actually had to learn how to say no, which is very hard because I want to help everybody. We have to say no for stuff if that's going to be like a continuous thing. There's no way in hell I can prioritize meals for as much as my coach wants me to eat. Guess what? I'm not going to gain five kilos. And then we can make other priorities. But long term, you do have the ability to do all the things that you want. You're not being pulled in 15 different directions, which he thinks a lot of guys feel.
