The latest guide line is recommending direct acting oral anti coagulants as preferred agents over vidamand k antagonists for most patients with non valvute or atra fibrulation, if they are eligible to take one of these newer drugs. The traditional vidaman k antagonist is now actually considered not preferred. And so i think you want to pick up a direct acting oral drug when you have the opportunity to do that in a patient that's eligible for that type of therapy. So which one do i use? I mean, i typically use a pixiban um. It's it's on formulary for me and has probably a similar, if not lower, bleeding
