The bill will remove the arbitrary 15 year limit on overseas electors voting in uk. Parliamentary general elections. This feel, broadening the franchise is usually seen as a positive thing. Governments who expand the franchise aren't always rewarded for it. But i don't think there's any call for surprise that borris johnson's government's doing this.
