I would always rather be the person giving a gift to somebody else than receiving. It's also because that in that position, you're more vulnerable. And yet, I think part of what makes your work trustworthy to people is that you are present and that you're willing to be vulnerable somewhat.

Author and Buddhist practitioner Jack Kornfield sits down for a candid, in-depth interview to help you suppress self-doubt and find inner calm.
