The Problem With Neurodiversity in the Workplace
I think the issue is that having a more inclusive environment means that you have to make the normative kind of a wider thing, right? If you want to be able to include more people who are more nearly different than everybody else, you kind of have to regress down to like the meat. That's likely going to make things worse, not better. So I think in that case, it's on coworkers and everybody in the organization to start making that environment one where like, that's not like a requirement for promotion.
