Some people have caricatured your view as on the slippery slope towards Nazi so-called euthanasia programs where people were given lethal injections against their will. How do you stop going down that slippery slope? You're right that that criticism has been flung at me but I'm glad you said Nazi so- called euthanasia programs because although they did use the term those programs were really directed towards preserving the purity of the area and folk and getting rid of useless mouths. So I think what's important is that the decision should not be made by the state but that the Decision should be made either by the individual or in the case of those who are not competent such as perhaps infants or people with
