Michael colella has touched off a campaign to vote him down. The 27 year old calella from elmwood park was charged with beating officer cathy toey. She stopped him for a license check on new year's eve of 19 84. Officer toey says, when she heard the judge's decision last week, i can't believe this. I couldn't believe that any judge, after hearing all the evidence, could possibly rule in such a manner.
