Airbnb's Clean Out of Bad Hosts

I think this whole, you know, clean out that's going to happen with bad Airbnb hosts that are losing money right now. I don't think that's a terrible thing because listen, I managed 12 Airbnb properties here in Dallas for about a year and a half with one of my projects. And we were able to get like 30%, 25, 30% more revenue per unit because we did an excellent job decorating those units. Like, I think that we're going to end up with a much better Airbnb host experience two years from now. Once we wash out all these people that came into the market that we're just doing a terrible injustice to the brand.
