You're Not Being Recognized, Right?
If you're just giving and it's making you resentful and angry, than you're not a nice person. Nisgys often can go into what i call a victim puke - where everything we've ever rehearsed in our heads that we wanted to say comes out. That's a pretty clear sign that you're a nice girl or a nice guy. All these things you do for other people actually start taking a toll. They start building up in terms of resentment and perhaps rage and frustrations. And they get manifest in those passive aggressive ways, or in the occasional victim puke.
