Episode 159: "Self-love is not a feeling, it’s an action.” On today’s episode, Natalie’s guest dreams come true as the one and only Sarah Nicole Landry (aka The Birds Papaya) joins her on the mic for an empowering conversation surrounding body acceptance and confidence. She's done a whole lot of healing through her perfectionism, disordered eating, and body shame so that she could show up online and offline as her authentic, vulnerable self and inspire others to do the same.
