It's just about getting it out of my head and getting it down. Having one place to put stuff, and then i can sort afterward. For people who resist that, i mean, i guess you could just ask yourself the question like, how well is that work? A, because if it's working well and you're happy with the results, then i guess there's no reason to change. But if the story of telling yourself, i just need to try harder, i'll remember it this time. This time it's different...then clearly you need to change something in your system.
