Is the Observer an Effector?

I'm just trying to clarify here. Are you saying that the observer is a composite object made up of observer and affector? And so the observer is an effector in a way that is not typically recognized? Yes, it sos u in terms of theory and how people look at problems. The observer is just one half of a more of a single object. But it's really one object, and we'd better start thinking about it as asingle object.
