Stalin's haste and infatuation with pure administration, together with his spite against the notorious nationalist socialism, played a fatal role here. In politics, spite generally plays the basest of roles. The notes have no official title, but they later became known as lenon's testament. They were simply typed up and asserted to be lenin's words.
