What Is the Role of the Top Universities in Developing Core Science?
The life of 200 years ago in 1823, like life expectancy is 29 and everyone's a farmer going hungry multiply at times a year. It's been changed because people like investors backed these new ideas over time and then entrepreneurs like scaled them to touch the lives of a billion. And you know, China has done a very good job of developing core research in the last decade. Europe is sort of falling behind a little bit outside of some pockets in the UK and a little bit in France. But there's very little coming out of Italy or Spain.
