The sponsor and Sierra teams were well formed within a day, essentially, of kicking off the first conversations. We had our medical team working with their medical team to design the protocol. The project management process was very efficient because those teams were joined at the hip from the very beginning. I wish that that could be replicated because it was extraordinarily effective.
