How Did the Bureau of Digital Start?

The Bureau of Digital started around in Philly. So I know a lot of people from that, you know, happy college is one of the big companies that started it. And so I know being around Philly tech community, you kind of run into all everybody. That's how I met my business partner because of Will and I will for a very long time.
