Should I Keep My Money With a Community Bank?

There are some scenarios where the central bank is gonna protect the big guys and not the little guys. The question in the worst case who's gonna be protected? Your guess is as good as mine. So I continue to be a squirrel. Although, I keep almost all my cash either outside of the system or in community banks. It's so good to pay.
