If you will try just to learn the rules, you will be an idiot. You know that proverbial idiot who follows the rules too literally and sticks out? To be really in, you have to know the African rules which allow you to violate the specific rules. And these unwritten obsceners are crucial and these rules are very interesting. For example, my favorite example to give you precisely this malevolent neutrality example is Stalinism 36, 37.
