Are You Rewarding Managers With Bonuses and Stock Options?
If I am uncomfortable, and it's not something I have as a field of expertise, I'm going to shy away from that. If you reward managers with yearly bonuses and stock options based and tied to stock price then ask them to go break stuff, that's hard. That's not the way capitalism is currently wired generally. It's like Detroit thinking versus what do you call it? I don't know, California thinking.
