So you know you mentioned about KPIs earlier on and this is something that we debate at length on giant talk about the relationship between OKRs and KPIs but from your point of view kind of thinking of organizational performance as a whole they are absolutely linked. How do you see the interplay between OKR and KPIs working in Omniplex for you? You need the two together because you can't get where you're going on satellite navigation if you don't have enough fuel or your engine's overheated.
